In addition to filing a workers’ compensation claim, employers must also evaluate whether the injured employee is entitled to the rights and protections of the federal Family and Medical Leave Act and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
In this webinar you will observe an employer’s response to a hypothetical employee injury and steps that an employer must take to meet its obligations under the FMLA and the ADA, and so to assist the employee in their recovery.
