About the Webinar

In this presentation, we will be discussing common sources of disruption to an employer’s workplace and when the employer must intervene. Whether it be employees with interpersonal disputes, co-workers wearing heavy perfume/cologne, or employees making inappropriate jokes in the workplace, employers have the duty to recognize when an employee’s conduct may be entitled to protections under the law, or alternatively, when it warrants performance management. Our discussion will highlight a variety of common workplace disruptions encountered by employers and how employers may proceed in addressing such circumstances.
